1 ) The remote control has limited range and does not work with the automation moving. - The radio transmission is impeded by metal structures and reinforced concrete walls.
1.1) Install the antenna outside. Substitute the transmitter batteries.
2 ) The automation is very weak and does not invert the movement. - The motor’s condenser has an incorrect capacity value.
2.1) Replace the motor’s condenser.
3 ) External safety devices not activating. - Incorrect connections between the photocells and the control panel.
3.1) Connect NC safety devices together in series and remove any bridges on the control panel terminal board.
4 ) Automation opens but does not close. - The automatic closing does not work.
4.1) Check that the TC trimmer is not set at the maximum.
5 ) Automation opens but does not close. - Safety contacts are open. (SA led on).
5.1) Check that the safety contacts are closed correctly (N.C.).
6 ) Automation opens but does not close. - Photocells activated. (SA led on).
6.1) Check that the photocells are clean and operating correctly.
7 ) Automation does not open or close. - The remote control does not work. (SIG led flashing).
7.1) Memory module BIXMR2 absent.
8 ) Automation does not open or close. - The remote control does not work.
8.1) Check the correct memorisation of the transmitters on the incorporated radio.
9 ) Automation does not open or close. - The motor thermal overload switch is open.
9.1) Check for continuity between the phases U-V-W of the motor disconnected from the control panel.
10 ) Automation does not open or close. - Short circuited accessories. (POWER led off).
10.1) Disconnect all accessories from terminals 0-1 (voltage must be 24 V=) and reconnect one at a time.
11 ) Automation does not open or close. - Safety contacts are open. (SA led on).
11.1) Check that the safety contacts are closed correctly (N.C.).
12 ) Automation does not open or close. - Release microswitch open. (11 and 12 led on).
12.1) Check that the hatch is closed correctly and the microswitch makes contact.
13 ) Automation does not open or close. - No power. (POWER led off).
13.1) Check that the control panel is powered correctly.
14 ) Automation does not open or close. - Blown line fuse. (POWER led off).
14.1) Replace fuse.
