Where the former Officine Savigliano, located in one of the major industrial Turin sites of the beginning of the 20th century once upon a time produced hundreds and hundreds of railway and tram coaches, which have carried millions of passengers through Italy and over the world, today this site is crossed by hundreds and hundreds of people working in the new site of Seat Pagine Gialle SpA, one of the main world operator in the multimedia and Internet telephone directory publishing industry.

The six blocks of flats are one of the main urban redevelopment projects ever carried out in Italy of a former industrial area located in the Northern area of Turin, where over 78,000 square metres have been converted in office blocks, residential buildings, services, shopping centres, shops, public places and parking areas. The project, called Spina 3, is located in the heart of Turin technological area, near other major technological sites such a Environment Park, IT Faculty and Virtual Reality and Multimedia Park and, near this site, an underground station for the Turin-Milan High-Speed railway line will be opened.
What remains of the former Officine Savigliano is a large section of the historically valuable building built at the end of the 19th century, which has now been turned into management offices.

The internal areas of the new Seat Pagine Gialle Spa site have been designed with people in mind, i.e. by taking into account their professional and personal needs and to promote creativity, to ease communications and to share the company know-how.

The twenty-six automatic doors have been installed by the company Eurosistemi of Giuseppe Berti, one of the most established Ditec Expert Specialist in the Turin area who has already undertaken door automation projects for public and private companies.
The automatic doors installed in the new Seat Pagine Gialle site are all monitored by the DMCS (Door Monitoring & Controlling System), a monitoring system developed by Ditec professional engineers, which allows multiple accesses to be remotely and smartly controlled from a dedicated control room.
