Faq - TRAFFIC
1 ) The door is opened with automatic closure activated - The door does not close automatically after closing time TC
1.1) The automatic closure enable signal (connection 1/2) has not been carried out properly
1.2) The circuit between 1 and 3 is not perfectly open (perhaps due to water, humidity or other inside the opening control device)
2 ) During operation - The panel does not stop at end of stroke
2.1) The limit switch contact is short-circuited
2.2) A mechanical fault at the limit switches or in the brake
3 ) Activation of the safety stop during door motion - The motor does not stop
3.1) The stop safety device is faulty or is not correctly connected to the electric control panel
4 ) Activation of the safety bar in the closing phase - The door movement reversion does not occur
4.1) The safety device (with pressure switch) is faulty or is not correctly connected to the electric control panel
4.2) The rubber of the safety bar are damaged
5 ) Activation of the opening control - The motor does not move
5.1) The opening limit switch (FA) is activated
5.2) A short-circuit is present on external connections (closure control and/or stop safety)
5.3) The opening control is not correctly connected or is faulty
5.4) The motor is connected to the wrong terminals and/or dipswitch is not correctly positioned / see section 4.3
6 ) Activation of the manual release lever - The door is not released (the panel does not move to the partial opening position)
6.1) The release cable for the motor brake release is broken or adjusted improperly
7 ) Activation of the closure control - The motor does not move
7.1) Wait until the forewarning fl ashing light has stopped
7.2) The reversion safety (photocells) is activated (in this case the door closes when the closure push-button is pressed, manual operation)
7.3) The safety bar is activated or is faulty
7.4) The closing limit switch (FC) is activated
7.5) The closing control is not correctly connected or is faulty
8 ) Activation of any control - The panel and the motor does not move
8.1) The mains power supply fault down
8.2) The emergency or external stop safety is activated
8.3) The brake is not connected (the motor is blocked)
8.4) The motor is connected to wrong terminals and/or switch is not correctly positioned/ See section 4.3
8.5) Opening (FA) and closing (FC) limit switches engaged
8.6) Motor with thermal switch activated. / Wait that the motor cools down
9 ) Activation of any control - The motor turns in the opposite direction
9.1) Reverse the two phases of the mains power supply
10 ) Activation of any control - The motor turns and the panel does not move
10.1) The transmission chain is broken
