1.1) Check the setting of RF.

2.1) Check motor wires

3.1) Manually check that the wings move freely and adjust wing height by lifting it.

4.1) Clean the contacts by connecting and disconnecting the Encoder plug on the contacts.

5.1) Check connection (max 5 m) and route the cable through a duct separate from the motor.
6 ) The door opens/closes a short distance and then stops. - Encoder broken (POWER ALARM LED flashes).
6.1) Replace encoder.
7 ) The door opens by itself. - Radars unstable or detect bodies in motion.
7.1) Check that the radar is not subject to vibration, does not perform false detections, or presence of moving bodies in its field of action.
8 ) The door opens but doesn’t close. - Safety contacts are opens (Led SA light on).
8.1) Check terminal 6-7-8-9-42 on electrical panel.
9 ) The door opens but doesn’t close. - Radars are on.

10.1) Check that photocells are clean and work correctly.

11.1) Check that contact 1-2 is closed.
12 ) The door doesn’t open and doesn’t close. - STOP contact is open (Led SA light on).
12.1) Check terminals 9 on electrical panel
13 ) The door doesn’t open and doesn’t close. - No power.
13.1) Check that electrical panel is powered (POWER ALARM LED must be steadily on).
14 ) The door doesn’t open and doesn’t close. - Line fuse blown.
14.1) Replace fuse F1.6 A.
15 ) The door doesn’t open and doesn’t close. - Emergency closing is active (Led SA light on)
15.1) Check terminals 42 on electrical panel
16 ) The door doesn’t open and doesn’t close. - Accessories in short circuit. (POWER ALARM LED flashes)
16.1) Disconnect all accessories from terminals 0-1 (24 V= must be present) and reconnect them one at a time.
17 ) External safeties don’t trip. - Wrong connections between photocells and electrical panel.
17.1) Connect N.C. safety contacts in series and remove any jumpers.
